That Metal Show returns for season 8 on VH1 Classic. I have been lucky enough to do the backstage sound on the last few seasons and have to say this has been my favorite so far. That Metal Show is hosted as always by the three hosts, Eddie Trunk, Don Jamieson and Jim Florentine. All three of these guys are total Metal nuts who are not only great on the show but hilarious off camera as well, it’s a shame they can’t show all of it!
This season on That Metal Show there are even more legends of Hard Rock and Heavy Metal including Rick Neilsen, Lars Ulrich, Tom Morello and Sammy Hagar amongst others.
The new season of That Metal Show premieres on VH1 Classic on 08/20/11 at 11pm/10 central with a full hour long special featuring legendary Black Sabbath guitarist and riff master Tony Iommi.
